Shipping Policy

Welcome to Hirelief! We’re committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.

Shipping Timeline

We typically process orders within a few hours and immediately forward them to our fulfilment team for shipping. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services. While most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, some remote or international destinations may take longer around 15-28 days.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No surprises at checkout—what you see is what you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you encounter any issues placing an international order, please contact our support team.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, occasional delays due to customs, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns

All approved returns must be shipped to the designated return address using a postal or authorized carrier service and in accordance with the return instructions provided by our Customer Support team.

In-person returns and customer drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse or fulfillment facilities. Customers who arrive in person will be advised to return their items using the approved postal or carrier process.

For assistance with a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending your items.
